Hello!

Thank you for being here. I’m Sarah, a Registered Massage Therapist and the founder of Toronto Lymphatic Massage Therapy, a small, independent practice serving Toronto. My work is centered on supporting lymphatic health, post-operative recovery, and helping patients feel more comfortable and at ease in their bodies.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working closely with patients during vulnerable stages of healing and physical change. Treatments are always delivered with precision and intention, containing advanced lymphatic drainage techniques and complementary therapies to support recovery, reduce swelling, and restore comfort.

I offer four services: Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage, a fast-paced treatment that reduces swelling and supports digestive health; Lymphatic Drainage Massage, a slower, restorative treatment that incorporates massage; Post-Operative Treatments, designed to support surgical recovery; and Therapeutic Massage Therapy, to address muscular tension and physical discomfort.

When I’m not at the clinic, you can often find me near the beach, practicing life drawing, or caring for my plants and cats!
